Tarragon Leaves


Dragon’s wort, better known as tarragon, is an herb used in cooking, and in some places, to flavor drinks. Traditionally, it was thought to ward off dragons. Fresh, new growing tarragon plants. It’s often used for chicken, veal or eggs. It has a taste similar to anise and is also used in salad dressings or quiche. Tarragon is also used in Bérnaise Sauce.
